Everybody needs a hobby…right? Mine, food….really good food, happened to spawn a cookbook.

Harvest to Heat: Cooking with America's Best Chefs, Farmers and Artisans is the project that was driven by my hobby and my passion for cooking. My co-author and I asked 50 of America's best chefs which of their purveyors they would like to cook with. Then we brought the farmer to the kitchen or the chef to the farm for a meeting of the best culinary minds. 

The critical and consumer success of the book lead to working with clients as diverse as UBS Wealth Management, Le Creuset, Jet Blue and The Philip Johnson Glass House.
